Last night’s People’s Choice Awards signified the beginning of the 2014 awards season and, let’s be honest, we watch for the fashion! Most of the stars looked amazing in their bold colors, fresh designs and gorgeous makeup. While there were a few that made us ask, “what were they thinking?” there were two that killed it; Allison Williams and Sandra Bullock. Gorgeous from head to toe!
Who do you think looked the best?

First, we recommend using a liquid liner with a skinny brush, an eyeliner pen or, if you’re using a cream or gel eyeliner, make sure you use a small, pointy brush.
Starting in the middle of the eye and working your way out, draw a basic line as close to your lashline as possible, that extends past the corner of your eye. Then draw a line from the edge of the wing you just made to the corner of the eye, following the curve of the bottom lashline. Then fill in the little triangle you just made. Now go back and draw a line from the middle to front of the eye.
